Can I Customize a package or combine services?

Absolutely! We offer a range of packages, and if you need something more personalized, we’re happy to work with you to create a custom plan that fits your needs. You can also add à la carte services to enhance any package.

How Far in Advance should i book my event?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for weddings or larger events. For smaller gatherings, like picnics or parties, booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance is ideal.

Do you handle day of cordination?

Yes! For weddings and larger events, we offer day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly. We manage the timeline, vendors, and all event details, so you can relax and enjoy the day.

Can you help me find and book vendors?

Yes, we have strong relationships with a variety of trusted vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and more. We’ll recommend vendors that fit your style and budget, and we can handle all communication and booking on your behalf.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing is based on the scope and scale of your event, as well as the specific services you choose. We offer a variety of packages at different price points and are happy to create custom packages. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

What Areas do you serve?

We are based in Kansas City but are happy to travel for events. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location. For Hostables, we ship our kits nationwide.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
